Brandychase Apartments is a wonderful, wooded community in Clermont County. The ladies in the front office (Karen Gould, Shelley Foreman, and Tanya Noble) are professional and efficient. They are attentive to your questions or needs and help in any and every way possible.
I have lived here for about seven months now although the apartments are not brand new and updated, they are very nice and well-kept and maintain the maintenance department responds quickly with any issues the grounds always kept clean. Things are always orderly and done very professionally. It’s an overall great community for single people, families, elderly, or just about anyone
We have lived at Brandychase for three years and love it here. We love that we feel like we’re in the middle of the woods but actually very close to Beechmont Ave. Anytime we have ever had an issue they are quick to solve it… They are seriously the best. We recommend Brandychase to anyone we know looking for a nice apartment community!
